Premier On-Line Invoice (E-Bill) Access Instructions

Welcome to E-Bill, a new feature that enables users to view monthly invoices on-line via Premier. Using the new Premier E-Bill screen, users can view their bills electronically. E-Bill is found on the “Invoicing” submenu located under both the “Flowing Gas” and “Billing” menu headings.

As in the past, the monthly bills are generated overnight after the final allocations and billing batch processes are complete. When the invoices are ready for distribution, usually on the 10th of each month, all users identified as “Billing” contacts will receive an email that the bills are available for viewing.

Viewing Invoices

1.  Select the appropriate pipeline and the accounting period. Search.

Notice the Billing History and Bill Summary information provided. The prior month’s and prior year’s bill amounts are provided. In addition, the user can see if anyone else from their company has already viewed the invoice. In the example below, Bob Smith was the first person from the user’s company to view the bill, while Jane Williams was the last person to view the bill.

2.  If the customer is an agent, then the user can view the agent’s entire bill or view the bill of just one shipper for which the customer is the billing agent.

To view the agent’s bill, click the View Agent Bill button.

(Agent View)

To view a shipper’s bill, select a shipper in the Bill Details section and click the View Shipper Bill button.
