1.0objective

Catron County has purchased Intrado Viper NG9-1-1 Call Handling Solution and requires the delivery, installation, and maintenance of the purchase. Venture Technologies will provide the solution, as well as, all solution specified equipment, solution cabling, and required installation and maintenance services as specified in the purchase order.

2.0scope
Catron County has requested Venture Technologies supply an Intrado Viper NG9-1-1 Call Handling Solution. This will include delivery, installation, testing and warranty repair. The solution components and services are listed in the Purchased Order. See the system quote for more detailed information on system components.

The solution consists of:

-Viper 911 Backroom Equipment

-2 Power 911 Positions with IRR

-2 SNOM 320 IP phones

-Mapflex GIS mapping

-Power MIS analytics

-Power 911 Administrator training

-Power 911 Call Taker training

-Power Map Administrator training

-Power Map Call Taker training
