Digital Signs

If you would like to advertise your even through School of Business digital signs, please create landscape digital flyers in PowerPoint and submit a separate ticket with OITS, to post the sign for your respective event

Audio Visual Needs

All AV/IT needs must be reserved through GWSB Office of Information Technology Services: or via

Please be aware that the following conference rooms are equipped with computer connected to LCD screen or projector: Duquès 262, 320, 356, 357, 420, 451, 453, 520, 620, 650. Consequently, you do not have to request a laptop set up as the room computers can display PowerPoint presentations, websites from Internet, and/or play video clips. However, for unique circumstances, you can request a laptop from OITS or connect your own laptop in all conference rooms.

If you require technical support for set up, please request OITS support at least 30 minutes before the event. Office of Information Technology Services cannot guarantee immediate assistance, so please plan accordingly.
