  1. Verify your splitter connection. Modem/phone should be connected in their relevant ports.
  2. If they are not properly placed then place properly and check.

Dear customer if the internet light on modem is on and you are facing no browsing issue the please follow the following steps:

Through WIFI:

  1. Check WLAN IP settings. (Should be automatic)
  2. Please verify WLAN light on modem (should be on)
  3. In case the WLAN light is off then please press the WLAN button on modem to turn on then check.
  4. If WLAN is enabled but there is a cross on WIFI on laptop then please turn on the WIFI from the laptop then check.
  5. Check browser proxy settings (should be unchecked)
  6. Check on different browsers if available.

  1. In case of email receiving issue please verify incoming server address (should be: imap-pop.ptcl.net)
  2. In case of email sending issue please verify the outgoing email server address (should be: smtp-relay.ptcl.net)
