  6. Tom McAvoy $25 (fall competitive refund no tourney)
  7. Cathy Rustan $25 (reimburse F license)
  8. Shannon Selle $63.80 (reimburse boxes for net storage)
  9. NDSA Fall Fees $1,782 (player’s fees, coaches’ liability, club fees)

  18. Mike Njos is going to take care of locating and flagging the current fields so next spring they are ready to go (if Mike can’t, Landon Dinius will)
  19. Status of DPS soccer program initiation
  20. Shannon met with Guy Fridley
  21. Guy has visited with some of the western ND schools
  22. Guy is going to discuss whether they want to start with Jr. High or start all in (Jr High and High School)
  23. Board feels we should start with Jr. High, but Guy mentioned other ND schools are recommending to start all in
  24. We are responsible for paying the referees for all games
  25. There are currently no referees at that level in our area
  26. Discussed the possibility of using the current Jr. High field for all practices and use the new school’s field for games
  27. Job Responsibilities updated and approved for the year (attachment)
  28. Election of Officers (approved as listed on attachment)
  29. Winter Program
  30. Flyer approval (need to work on gym space to fill the slots that were at Jefferson on Tuesdays as it is not available)
  31. Timeline approval
  32. Website Update/Sports Ngin, Blue Sombrero, TeamSnap
  33. Sports Ngin: $1,800 Premier level, $500 base level +$50/month
  34. They set up registration
  35. Volunteer system is $200 extra/year
  36. Blue Sombrero: Free
  37. Just came up with mobile option (Dick’sTHSQ)
  38. Seems user friendly and will replace our TeamSnap
  39. Board decided to keep using Blue Sombrero and discontinue TeamSnap as of November 1st

  43. Elite Player Development Camp 22-23 Oct
  44. Footskills -- one session included in price of winter registration (instead of t-shirt)
  45. Schedule for 2017

  48. E license training (nothing scheduled as of yet)
