Trophies for: Winning Teams (Wednesday & Thursday Nights)

¨ The start time will be 7 pm. Please try to be here by 6.45pm.

¨ All players must find a replacement if unable to play. A message left on an answering machine is not sufficient. Tomas O’Malley (Thursday), Ian Pike (Wednesday) or Rob Miller (Wednesday) must be informed of your replacement.

¨ All team members are asked to pay their fees ($10 per adult, $7 per school student) at the bar prior to the commencement of play. This ensures we know you have arrived.

¨ Each team must fill in the player names on the score sheet and ensure the scores are entered and totalled. Please put an (R) after a reserve’s full name.

¨ There are 8 points allocated for each match. A team receives 1 point for each set won, two extra points for a win (based on total number of games) or 1 extra point for a tie.

¨ A tie-break will be played at 6-6

¨ If higher players are used as a fill-in, then that team will be penalized 1 point for each group position altered down. The opposing team will gain a bonus 1 point for each group position altered down. (Maximum points a team can earn will still be 8 points)

¨ The committee reserves the right to make alterations to any team.

¨ Any concerns or suggestions should be given to a member of Wednesday Night Fixtures Sub-committee – Tomas O’Malley, Rob Miller, Ian Pike

¨ The Sub-Committee must be notified and approve any reserve players for the finals..

¨ Rain policy. $7 credit to players if balls have been used. $3 credit if rain falls between 7:30 & 8:00. No refund if rain stops play after 8 pm.

¨ A group e-mail will be sent if play is called off. Players will not be phoned individually.
