WHERE – where can I obtain this information? / In each location there will be a Downtime Emergency Box that will have a phone and downtime procedure information included.
WHEN – when is it available? / The boxes will be in place in early August and detailed training will be included as part of the DSP training plan. Downtime/DR drills will occur this year.
WHY – why is this service available? / The intent of the emergency box is to provide an easy way for all staff to know what to do in the event of a service outage or technical problem.
HOW – how can I use the service? / 1)  Know where the box is
2)  Pull the information out of the box
3)  Return all materials to the box when complete

1)  Where do I go to know what to do in the event of a system outage? / Go to the Downtime Emergency Box at your location.
2)  Be familiar with the basics of what this box contains. / Ideally, staff will know that the downtime procedures, emergency phones and more are contained in the emergency boxes.
3)  Keep all items in the box.
