Dough Machine Rounder Use & Operation
Round O Matic R900RT
1. Make sure machine is unplug and lockout.
2. Retrieve cleaned parts of the machine
3. Place the white circled guard inside the machine to cover the chain area
4. Place the drum into the machine
5. Place the roller into the drum, might need to work with the drum to line it up correctly
6. Place the funnel into the roller
7. Unlock and Plug in machine
8. Turn “on” machine to make sure it is working and set up properly
9. If working correctly, you can start creating dough balls
10. If machine parts are not in place correctly and need adjusting, turn off machine, unplug and work with machine parts
11. Place cut dough piece into the funnel
12. Remove dough ball from working table and put into dough tray
13. Once dough tray has correct number of dough balls, place dough tray on skid
14. Once skid is complete, wrap skid and move to fridge.
Make sure that you have a fatigue mat in place on the floor to stand on.
