Microsoft Office is a collection of software programs or applications, designed to take advantage of the Windows interface and improve you computer efficiency. “Virtually all PCs purchased today come preloaded with windows and, often with one or more Windows applications packages.”

By using Microsoft Office, one learns how each application can be used in a business environment. It is good if you can practice some of these applications each week. Microsoft Office contains the following applications:

Set Left Tabs at “two inches” and “three and one half inches” and tab the following words to those spots.

J.Insert a small graphic (clip art) (resize if you need to), and center align.

K.Copy the designer line at the top of this sheet and paste it at the end of this document.

L.Make a header and footer with the words MS WORD in the header and the date and page number in the footer.

M.Make Bullets for the words below. Align the bullets so that they are flush with the left margin.

Recently retired, Nancy Dyer and her husband were walking along a Florida beach when she suddenly felt pain from her toes to her heels.
