Cover Page There should be only one cover page with Performance Items listed by Name and Discipline, followed by each performance item script.
Script Table Please follow template provided. Left column should contain the actual kupu of the item. The right column must remain blank as this is for judges to make notes.
Translations English translations of the script information are not required.
Digital Format You are required to submit this template as one single PDF file.
The PDF file should be for print reproduction (at least 300dpi)
Submitting Scripts Email your pdf file to only.
File Name The name of your file should be Name of Group.pdf
Due Date Wednesday 01st February 2017 by 11am.
Penalty 5 points will be deducted for late scripts, as outlined in Competition Rules 6.5.1. A script received by 01st February 2017 but incorrectly formatted will be considered late.
