The business provides domiciliary care for primarily frail elderly and young adults both
block contractand spot purchase basis with the Local Authority. Additional
work is also carried out to private clients. Theycarry out afull rangeof services from
half hour to overnight care.
The Staff
The business has an organised and detailed management structure suitable for current
turnover. The staff comprises approximately 85 Care Staff, 2 Supervisors, 2 Senior
Carers and a RegisteredManager/General Manager. The two directors are remote from
Theday today running of the business.
