IRRIGATION SYSTEM SERVICE CONTRACT - 2010

Details and Description of Program Service

IRRIGATION SYSTEM SHUT DOWN: October 1 - December 31

1.  Turn off controller

2.  Shut off water supply to sprinkler system

3.  Remove all water from sprinkler system using air compressor at 100 psi

* Please note: Broken or leaking heads or pipes may have to be repaired before system can be purged of water and will be billed accordingly.

SPRING START UP INCLUDES: March 1 – June 30

1.  Program controller - Install new batteries - Check rain sensor

2.  Check solenoid valves for leaks and proper operation

3.  Remove overgrown turf and dirt from around all sprinkler heads

4.  Check all sprinkler heads for proper operation adjust heads, if necessary

5.  Check entire system for optimal coverage and performance

6.  Notify customer in the event that leaks – broken heads – any potential problems are identified

SUMMER INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT INCLUDES: July 1 – August 31

1. Re-program controller to current weather conditions and check rain sensor

2. Check solenoid valves for leaks and proper operation

3. Check all sprinkler heads for proper operation adjust heads, if necessary

4. Check entire system for optimal coverage and performance

5. Notify customer in the event that leaks, broken heads or any other potential

problems are identified

FALL INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT INCLUDES: September 1 - October 15

Same as summer check up

Repairs and upgrades are not included in any program price. All work will be performed at 10% discounted rate on deluxe programs only. One free service call in the deluxe program includes up to 1 hour of labor, parts are an additional cost. Any additional service calls will be billed at $60.00 per visit.

General Service calls will be billed at $60.00 for the first hour plus parts. All repair work will be discussed with customer prior to work being performed. Services call more than the allotted time will be discussed with customer before repairs are performed.

Customer must be present at the time of service call or must give prior written permission to perform all work necessary.

Backflow repairs, replacements or installations are not included in any upgrade and are not subjected to discount.

2010 – 2011 IRRIGATION SYSTEM SERVICE CONTRACT

DomCo. Inc. guarantees that a professional service technician will be on-site for all programs.

Add Backflow inspection to any program for an additional $55.00.

All service program prices are based on irrigation systems of 1 – 6 zones $10.00 each additional zone. Number of zones is determined at time of service. Number of zones above 6 will be billed at time of service.

Systems using pumps or wells may be subjected to an additional charge per program.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT: I agree to the above contract terms, prices, specifications, and conditions and hereby authorize DomCo. Inc. Lawn Sprinklers to perform the work and provide the services as specified. I acknowledge that I have received a copy of this agreement. Services will be billed at the time of service, unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Prices listed do not include NYS sales tax.
