Project Management/ Erection & Commissioning
Leading Site Engineers, Supervisors and Contractors on progress of work, quality and safety, with duties encompassing project reviews, progress monitoring and scheduling.
Raising invoice for delivery of materials & work done at project site to the client and ensuring receipt of payment certificate on time.
Managing ducting, insulation, piping and erection of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment as part of project execution. Ensuring timely completion of project, including testing, commissioning and hand over of project to the client; coordinating with the client, contractor, vendors and consultants as well for arranging various resources for project completion.
Preparing and submitting offers for variation claims and ensure that the claims are approved in time.
Design Engineering

Contract Management
Supervising project activities, along with a team of sub contractors.
Reviewing contract proposals submitted by sub-contractors and finalizing their scope of work including technically & commercially and variation order.
Maintaining regular follow up for approval of variation claims, project execution and regular payments.
Vendor Development
Handling negotiation and finalization of Bought out items, Accessories and Sub-Vendors for project.
Liaising with OEMs & Principles on technical support and warrantee clauses.
Managing contractor / vendor development, and supporting client/ consultant/ sub-contractor for ensuring timely completion of the project activity.
Negotiating with clients from time to time to provide updates with regard to delivery of services from vendors’ end, and also communicating any updates from the client to the vendor.
Man Management/ Resource Administration
