Documentation of Lab Specific Biosafety Training

Before lab staff work independently, training is required for all aspects of biohazard work. The following items are standard, but may be supplemented by other training required for the specific equipment or protocols in your lab. Please change as appropriate for your work location.

At annual audit, this documentation will be reviewed for each individual working with biological agents.
