These Supplementary Conditions amend and supplement the General Conditions and other provisions of the Contract Documents as indicated below. All provisions not amended remain in full force and effect. The terms in these Supplementary Conditions defined in the Contracting Definitions or the General Conditions shall have the meanings assigned to them in those documents.

Modifications to General Conditions
Insert modifications to the General Conditions that are applicable for projects specific to the Two-YearCollege below. Prior to use on any project, modifications must be authorized by the Commission in consultation with the Attorney General’s Office. The Commission will post authorized Supplementary Conditions on its website and must be downloaded from that location. A link to that location may be included on the Two-YearCollege’s website. The sample provisions below eliminate the EDGE program language.
Delete Section 1.8 in its entirety.
ReplaceSection 9.3.1with the following:
9.3.1Within 10days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed, or other period as mutually agreed by the Contractor and the Contracting Authority, the Contractor shall submit to the A/E a Schedule of Values on a form published by the Commission, with separate amounts shown for labor and materials for each branch of Work, following the numbers and titles of the Construction Specifications Institute’s MasterFormat for individual work results, or UniFormat for assemblies in place.All costs shall indicate labor and material cost associated with each item specified on the cost breakdown.
Delete Section 9.3.1.1 in its entirety.
Delete Section 9.4.1.6 in its entirety.
Delete Section 9.8.2.6 in its entirety.
Insert additional revisions to the General Conditions that are applicable to projects by and for the Two-Year College below and place them in order with the sample provisions above.
