ASIJ VOLLEYBALL YUJO VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT INFORMATION & FEES 2016

​SCHOOL/TEAMTOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE: $375(¥ 45,000) this fee is to share the cost/expenses of match officials

OVERNIGHT PLAYER PARTICIPATION FEE:for players sleeping at ASIJ: $75 (¥ 9,000)this fee covers:

  • Bedding / futon hire*
  • These meals:

- Breakfast & Lunch Thurs, Fri & Sat

- Dinner Thurs & Saturday nights

  • Transportation to/from airport, transport to Tokyo for one day & to Thursday Kichijoji (local Tokyo suburb)

* Overnight teams will be provided a very comfortable and clean Japanese futon set for sleeping. Overnight teams will share our padded Wrestling/Gymnastics room and HS Gym and shower in our locker rooms. Female Coaches (at least one per team), also on futons, will sleep next door in the school's Dance studio

If you are looking for different accommodation in Tokyo

** Tokyo Youth Hostel: is a wonderful alternative. Easy train service to ASIJ.

*** Kichijoji Tokyu Rei Hotel is another fantastic option, even closer to ASIJ.

PLAYER PARTICIPATION FEE:for players not sleeping at ASIJ: ¥ 1,000 per player.

COACHES: No Fees (for 2 coaches, additional overnight coaches $75 (¥ 9,000)

T-SHIRTSfor everyone who wants to order one: $15.00 (USA sizes)(¥ 1,800)

AIRPORT PICK-UPS: If you can fly into and out of Haneda Airport (60 minutes from campus) that makes it much easier to meet you and transfer you to school. Please, if at all possible, do not arrive later than 7:00PM.

The Narita airport and it is about 2+ hours from our campus. We will assist you at the airport regardless of where you arrive.

TOURNAMENT ON CAMPUS DINNER PLANS (always a Vegetarian option is available)

Thurs: Dominos pizza & Salad

Fri: Sat: Burgers & Hot Dogs BBQ

LAUNDRY: For teams staying over-night on campus, we will have a hired out laundry service available. Please have a team bag for organizing your laundry. All teams should have two uniforms; one uniform can be casual if necessary. Official uniforms on Saturday are required for sure.

TOURNAMENT PAYMENT: due in October 2016
