ORDERING YOUR UNIFORM BY MAIL ORDER
Avoid the queues! Use our mail order system!
Here’s what you need to do:
- Complete the front of this form with all details clearly written, including correct size details and contact details
- Place payment (cash, cheque or credit card number) and the order form in an envelope, making
sure you include the following details on the front of the envelope:
- Place the envelope in the white mailbox in the School Office before 10am, Monday to Friday, email a scanned copy to by Monday night.
- Orders will be processed on the following Tuesday with goods delivered to your child’s classroom
IMPORTANT UNIFORM SHOP POLICIES
To exchange item/s:
●Item(s) must be returned within two (2) school term weeks of purchase
●The original sales receipt is required in all circumstances
●The item must be in the same condition as at the time of purchase – please ensure tags have not
been removed and remain with the item.
●For hygiene reasons, there is no exchange permitted on hats and caps
●The Uniform Shop reserves the right to accept or not accept an item for exchange and the final decision rests with the Uniform Shop.
To return item/s:
The Uniform Shop does not provide refunds, so it is important that you choose carefully. A credit note will be issued, valid for 12 months.
Returns must be made in person and the original receipt must be presented for any returned items.
Second hand uniforms cannot be returned or exchanged once the item is purchased.
FURTHER INFORMATION
We are open every Tuesday of the school term, from 9:15-10:15 or until all customers are served.
This is a volunteer run service, through the Parent and Citizens (P&C) Association. We aim to provide quality school uniforms at reasonable prices for Eastwood Public School families. All profits are put to use at the school.
New volunteers, regular and casual, are always welcomed to join the Uniform Shop team. Please contact . ALL TRAINING IS PROVIDED!
