Project Hope (formerly known as Access to Care Day, a dental care event) has been rebranded and will include more wellness activities in addition to dental care
Also offering health outreach prevention education starting in the spring/late March

Project focusing on pregnant women with diabetes (including WIC nutrition classes)
Health Points Mobile App for women who have gestational diabetes

Grant will aid sickle cell pediatrics transition into adult care

11/5: Health fair with free flu shots, Greater St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church
Free flu shots at multiple locations; leftovers will be sent to the health department
SHIP counselors are available for ACA open enrollment 11/1/16
