BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please complete and return this complete form, preferably by email. An invoice will be sent from the RTPI to the person named on the form as the contact name to go on the invoice. All tickets for RTPI members for the 2014 Yorkshire Practice Seminars Programme are priced at £5.00. Payment is by BACS or cheque only.

Our payment terms are 28 days from the invoice date or before the seminar if this is sooner. Chasing late payment of invoices occupies valuable staff and administration time, and we reserve the right to levy an additional fee of £5.00 per invoice for late payments.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Notification of cancellations must be received by email or by phone at least 48 hours before the start of the event. No refund can be given for cancellations after the invoice has been paid. Non-arrival, or notification received less than 48 hours before the event, will result in a charge of 100% of the delegate fee. It should be noted that substitute delegates can be accepted at any time.

ALTERATIONS TO AND CANCELLATION OF EVENTS

We reserve the right to make changes to the event programme at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any event, in which case a full refund will be given.

DATA PROTECTION ACT

The information collected in this form may be used by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) to administer Yorkshire Practice Seminars. The information will only be used in line with the provisions of the Data Protection Act. The data may be used for the purposes of providing information concerning courses and services provided by the RTPI.
