- All tracked time should be accurate to the nearest 0.25 hours (15 minutes)
- Overhead time should account for a maximum of 1-2 hours per day

Verification and Acknowledgements
The employee and employee’s supervisor acknowledge the following:
The employee has reviewed the Alternate Work Location Agreement Part I with their supervisor, documenting specific responses to the questions. The employee has also completedthe Alternate Work Location Agreement Part II.
The remote work plan has a start and end date spanning no more than four months and will be reviewed at least 2 weeks prior to expiration date for renewal action.
The employee will be available via phone at the provided contact number, Skype for Business (Lync), and email during the scheduled work hours.
In the event that the employee does not have UFIT owned equipment, they agree to use his/her own equipment, supplies, and telephone/internet connection in order to perform his/her job duties.
If utilizing University resources, said resources may only be used for official University business and must be returned to the University at the termination of work at home arrangement or upon request by the University.
The employee is responsible for operating costs, home maintenance, or any other cost associated with the use of the home as an alternate work location.
In the event of equipment failure or malfunction, or any other circumstance which makes remote work impractical, the employee will inform their supervisor and return to the regular work site.
While working remotely, the employee is subject to the same federal, State of Florida laws, policies, and procedures applicable to all employees at the regular University worksite.
