How to print an Individual Student’s Historical Incident report off PowerSchool
*Note: you must use Google Chrome or Firefox- not Internet Explorer
1. Sign in to Power School and make sure in the upper right hand corner (where is says School: ) you have designated your school
o Note: DO NOT try to select the student first in the search bar
2. Once you’ve selected your school, go to the left hand side under Reports & select System Reports
3. Select the last tab on top of page titled SQL Reports 4
4. Select incidents, then select Individual Student Historical Incidents
5. Select the student’s name you want to run the report on from the drop down menu that populates
6. Select the date range (you can print out the student’s entire incident history or just from this school year by dates)
7. Hit Submit
8. The report will generate &
o MAC Users: you can select print in the upper left hand corner of the generated report (the report goes full screen- you will need to go to File and select print- make sure you select landscape for page orientation)
o PC Users: right click- select print- select orientation to landscape- click print
How to print a School Wide Incident Report off PowerSchool

4. Select incidents, then select All Incidents Current School- SE
5. A page will generate telling you the name and description of the report; hit submit
6. The report will generate &
o MAC Users: you can select print in the upper left hand corner of the generated report (the report goes full screen- you will need to go to File and select print- make sure you select landscape for page orientation)
o PC Users: right click- select print- select orientation to landscape- click print
