Class Absolutes:
- Upon entering the gym students should get into their assigned squad.
- Students should not use any equipment until a teacher approves of it.
- Students should be respectful by being quiet when a student or teacher is addressing the class.
- A whistle blast indicates that students should stop what they are doing and listen – this is very important to our activity time – the instructor will wait until it is quiet before continuing.
- Part of a students Personal/Social Responsibility points has to do with being a positive member of the class and respecting others. This includes recognizing that we are different from each other – we all have strengths and weaknesses and that students accept this with their language and actions.
- Bullying and harassment are not tolerated whatsoever in Physical Education.
