PRE-QUALIFICATION OF REPUTABLE COMPANIES
FOR SUPPLY OF IT EQUIPMENT/ PLANT- MACHINERY / STATIONERY ITEMS

The Centre of Excellence for China Pakistan Economic Corridor, is a leading policy guiding think tank on CPEC for effective implementation of CPEC portfolio.
The CPEC Center of Excellence purchases various items of “IT Equipment/ Plant & Machinery / Stationery” for official use. The Centre intends to pre-qualify reputable companies having the capacities to supply quality goods to it for a period of two years. The Centre invites sealed bids from reliable & reputable Companies registered withsales tax department and having national tax number (NTN), with a capacity to provide services & goods for the said items. The firms specializing in supply of “IT Equipment/ Plant & Machinery / Stationery” are required to be enlisted on CoE CPEC panel for a period of one year, extendable for one year on performance.
The firms will submit their Pre-qualification bids in sealed envelopes, with Firm name in clear and legible letters to avoid any confusion. The selection of entitieswill be on the basis of technical competence and financial status as per defined criteriain the Tender Documentwhich may be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 500/- through payorder in the name of DDO PIDE. Interested parties may submit their proposals alongwith the documents mentioned in the Prequalification Documents.
The interested Companies / firms will be short-listed on the basis of following minimum eligibility criteria:-
(a) Relevant experience and past performance;
(b) Capabilities with respect to personnel, equipment, and plant;
(c) Financial position;
(d) Appropriate managerial capability;

CoE reserves the right to accept / reject individuals / multiple companiesfor provision of services or reject any or all bidders at the time as per Rule 33 of PPRA. It also reserves the right to increase/ decrease the quantity / items.
