HOMECOMING TONIGHT, 1ST GAME AT 5:00

HOMECOMING CEREMONY AFTER 1ST GAME AROUND 6:00

  • 12/12 - A brief meeting will be held after school Monday in the Commons to begin organizing the Track Team and to discuss a practice schedule and meet schedule. This is for elementary, middle, and high school student-athletes interested in being part of the St. Mary Track and Field Team.
  • Paducah Power School Challenge- The Paducah Power Food Drive competition started on 11/28. St. Mary Middle and High Schools are participating in the School Challenge. CYL is sponsoring a competition between the grades in middle and high school. The class that brings in the most items per student wins a pizza and entertainment party. One winning grade from the middle and high school will be chosen.

The Paducah Power School Challenge will measure in pounds per student and award prizes to the schools with the most pounds of food collected so bring in heavy items such as canned goods! We challenge you to bring in as much food as you can to help those in our community who might go hungry. The contest ends on December 14th.

Lunch Menu

12/9 -Pepperoni or Cheese pizza and corn

12/12 - Grilled Cheese & tator tots

12/13 - CHRISTMAS MEAL: Turkey wt/gravy, green beans, & mashed potatoes

12/14 - Chicken Rings, cooked carrots, & lima beans

12/15 - Hamburger or cheeseburger, & baked beans

12/16 - Chicken sandwich, romaine salad, & Black eye peas

12/19 - Sloppy Joe or hamburger, baked beans, & french fries

High School News

  • 12/12 – 7:40 a.m. Advent Ceremony
  • 12/13 - French Club will have its December meeting/Christmas party during lunch in room 209. All club members must contribute something if you want to come. See Ms. Hunter to sign up for food.
  • Student Senate members will be selling tickets for the Homecoming Dance next week during lunch. Tickets are $5 each.

Christian Service Opportunities

  • St. Mary Bingo - We need 3-4 students each Sunday evening to work concessions at St. Mary Bingo on 12/18. Bingo is at the St. John Knights of Columbus Hall from 5:30-8:30 pm. It is a good opportunity to earn your Christian Service Hours. Sign-up sheets are in the office and in religion class.

Middle School News

  • 12/12 - 7:40 a.m. Advent Ceremony
  • 12/14 - Student Council meeting during 1st enrichment in Mrs. Cowserts room.

Robotics Team & Academic Team
