The primary effort for the TC this year was to have full sessions and high quality papers for the ATIO Technical Forum at Washington, DC in September 2005. This forum was integrated with the LTA TC and provided good interchange between these two communities in areas of common interest. The TC had one face to face TC meeting last year and one phone conference. Another face to face TC meeting is planned for April. The TC submitted an abstract to AIAA for a balloon design competition. The design competition is for a balloon on Mars.
