To request the use of the NC DPS logo for your project, please complete the form below, save it for your records, and then email the completed form to: .

The NC DPS Communications Office will review your request and provide feedback via e-mail or telephone.

Logo use is determined on a case-by-case basis and approvals are for one-time use only. All uses of the logo must be requested separately. Thank you.
