Training, Development & Knowledge was started early in 2014 to fill a market gap identified in the Health, Safety and Training Industry.
We combined years of experience and knowledge in the field of Health, Safety and Training to put together a unique service driven application for all large and small contractors and companies.
- What we do?
Our target market is aimed at the contractor and client who need to comply with Health and Safety on Construction Sites as well as direct compliance to their clients in terms of Service and Maintenance Agreements.
We provide a fully integrated service, where we assess your needs from Company Policies, Certifications, correct medicals for all staff as well as all Risk Assessments. We go the extra mile in submitting all safety files directly to your client for approval and attend to additional information/requirements on your behalf. We will on request spend the first day with your team on site to ensure that induction is attended and records kept of such inductions. We will take the time to train and familiarize your team with the processes and completion of all check lists and regular risk assessment requirements as well as hot work permits etc.
In addition we will attend site safety meetings on your behalf and ensure effective communication of all Safety issues to yourself as a member/owner and your working teams.
We further endeavor to train your staff with the required, valid certifications relevant to your scope of work.
All this and more is offered as a “One Stop” Solution to all your Health & Safety as well as training needs.
Further additional services such as on site medicals and PPE supply and issue are also available as per client requirements. We will keep records of renewal dates for training, medicals and PPE annual issue as well as intermittent PPE issued during the course of each year. On the approach of expiry dates, we will inform our clients of the areas that need to be addressed and action on behalf of our client.

Assess all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) needs and supply

Keep track of intermittent PPE issue during the course of the year and registers
Keep record of all medicals and expiry dates to follow up and renew when required
Keep record of all medical conditions and monitor the progress to ensure staff are Healthy and able to perform their duties safely
