Exploring Food in Canada

Advice to Researchers

Real research takes time. The research you are doing here is different than using the internet for Tumblr. Take your time to explore.

Also remember to keep track of your sources, recording all the information you will need for your embedded citations and your list of References. Forms for tracking your research and using APA guidelines are available at the circulation desk and on the library website.

Search Terms

When searching, consider alternative ways of expressing your search terms. For example, if you are using the search term “food” you could also search for cuisine, dishes, fare, or meals.

Key Websites

There is probably not one single website which will answer all of the questions you are researching for this assignment. Explore a variety of different sites to gather your required information. These websites are good starting points as they cover many different regions of Canada. Search for your region within the website.
