ISIS, the MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, & THE IDEOLOGY OF ISLAMISM: HOW THEY CHALLENGE LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT

Eight Hour Training Program

Session Description: Much publicity has been given to the ISIS inspired attacks in Orlando, Philadelphia, San Bernardino, Chattanooga, and Garland, TX. What is not widely known are the numerous ISIS motivated attacks against police officers by "independent jihadists" in New York City, Columbus, OH, Canon City, CO, Boston, MA and Minneapolis/St. Paul. As serious as these cases are, they conceal far greater threats to America . Because of political correctness and the insistence of the Muslim Brotherhood, all training of federal law enforcement officers and members of the military has been totally purged of references to the nexus between Islam and domestic jihadist terrorism, while the subversive activities of the Muslim Brotherhood to "destroy America from within" proceed unnoticed and unchecked by officials duty bound to protect us. Once again local law enforcement finds itself in the middle of a uniquely difficult situation, facing new legal and social challenges inherent to policing in a free society.

Course Overview: This intense 8 hour training program focuses on "knowing our jihadist enemy" in terms of his stated beliefs, goals, and objectives; why he has declared war on America; and the ideology that motivates him to die to be victorious. The training distinguishes between (1) the protected religious pillars of Islam from the numerous non-protected beliefs of jihadists that violate US laws; (2) the threats of "independent violent jihadists" to America; and (3) how to distinguish between

Peaceful Muslims from those who want to subvert our Constitution through the activities of the Muslim Brotherhood. Attendees will receive an understanding of "Islamic Jihad" ideology; the doctrine of jihad; and the major elements of Shar'ia law. The course also covers:

· Cultural and psychological factors that influence Islamic aggression;

· How mosques, prisons, and social media contribute to the radicalization of independent terrorists;

· The four phase radicalization process of so-called domestic "lone jihadists;"

· Emerging issues concerning the fundamentalist Islamic threat local law enforcement .

This training has been presented at: the Georgia Police Academy, various venues of the Georgia Association of Chiefs of Police, the Habersham County Sheriff's Office, Gwinnett County Police Department, Dawson County Sheriff's Office, Carrollton Police Department, Marietta Police Department, Roswell Police Department, Hall County Sheriff's Office, Pickens County Sheriff's Office, the Cobb County Police Department, the St Tammany Parish (LA) Sheriff's Office, the Elmore County (AL) Sheriff's Office, the Hamilton County (TN) Sheriff's Office, the Southern States PBA chapters in Oxford, Thomasville, and Huntsville ,AL., the Jonesboro (AK) Police Department, and the Columbus Police Department.
