· FSES continues to encounter periodic software glitches that are slowing the question review/approval process. I suggested to Susan that perhaps Anthony could spend a morning at Beltsville looking over shoulders and that having him on hand might increase confidence and help speed things up. What do you think? The USDA Meat & Poultry Hotline staff is responsible for adding and updating content in the vRep tool. The approval piece is not working and the Re-design team is working with Native Minds to resolve the issue. A work around has been established that allows approvers to approve content by changing their user ID settings.
· Deadline for content development of 306 pages on Friday, December 12 was not met by FSIS content developers. Development of all pages with approved content was not complete by the end of the task order on 1/23/03. I didn’t actually give the page to Tom so he can’t do it til I start – better to do that as a Linda/Tom hyphen. Also, Maria says she found some already-done pages on her list. I would like to replace them with the vet pages that should be ready today, so long story short, the numbers on this tracker may need to be refined as we move forward.
