Dear Anatoli:

Please refer to the trailing email from the Novotel Hotel management.

Please therefore specify the check-in and check-out time on 10th January and also on 4th January so that there will be no confusion. This will depend on your international arrival/departure timings, so you can choose the hours as would suit you best. The special fare of INR 4000 seems applicable only for 8 hours and only between 0700 hrs and 1800 hrs. Please confirm if this would serve your purpose.

There are many flights between Hyderabad and Tirupati between 6am and 7pm.
