  1. Call or email the provincial office at 514-933-5839 / to inquire about site rental availability. Tentative reservation will not be accepted.
  2. Payment can be made by unit or district cheque, certified cheque, money order, or credit card. No cashor personal cheques will be accepted. There will be a$30.00handling fee for any NSF cheques. Please make Cheque payable to GGC – Québec.
  3. Balance of payment is due two weeksprior to the camping weekend, with no exceptions. If your numbers are less than projected, it is your responsibility to contact the office as soon as possible before the camp to request a refund. Please

Note: effective Jan. 2017 there is a 75% site minimum charge applicable (see table above). Example: Huron Capacity 40 x $15.pp/pn = 40x$15x2 = $1,200., $1200x75% = $900.00 site minimum charge if reservation is for less than 40 people.It applies on May 26-28. June 2-4 and June 9-11

TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATIONS:

-Cancellations must be made no later than one month before camp or full payment is required.

If the site is rebooked by another group for the same time period, the balance will be refunded.

-No refunds will be given for circumstances beyond the control of the Property Committee.
