- In addition to the visa fee listed below, ‘Service Charges’ of JPY 756 per application will be charged by the India Visa Application Centre (IVAC) and ‘Additional Charges’ of JPY 200 per application will be charged by the Embassy.

4.Emergency feefor issuing visa out of office hours or on holidays
In exceptional cases for valid reasons (excluding cases where it
is necessitated on account of death of a close relative of the
applicant In India). It may be noted that 'readiness to pay
emergency fee' is not a ground for demanding visa service out
of office hours or on holidays. Discretion in this regard lies
solely with Embassy of India, Tokyo -JPY 5,000
