IT-100 GRAPHIC USER INTERFACE
On the CD look for the SETUP.EXE file and run it
When you start the software the first time you must select some items for it to run correctly
Step 1 – choose a port
Select thecomport you have used for the IT-100 serial connection.
Click on the [Connect] button
Step 2 – Select a Graphic
Select the background graphic that you have created of your premises. Valid file are “Bmp, jpg and gifs”
Make sure the file is saved on the Hard Disk as its location will be stored and retrieved every time you start the software.
Step 3 –Check for connection
If all is well you should see the Date and Time in the display.
If the display is blank check the port you have selected.
If you click on the Evaluation period block it will disappear.
Step 4 – Select your zones
Click on [System – Setup – Zone Programming]
You can Edit the Zone description to suite your installation
Select the Zones you have installed in the Zone Selection box
Select the Normal and Alarm colors and the default icon for the zones
When you are done click on the [Done] button
Step 5 Refresh the display
- To unlock the Zones click on Tools and select “Unlock the Zones”
- The password is “Zone” and click Done
When you hover the mouse over the icon the zone number will appear. By holding the mouse wheel down you can drag the icon to the desired position on the map.
- If you right click on the zone you will see this screen.
Move the mouse over the zone icon and it will display its zone number. By holding the mouse wheel down you can drag and drop the icon to where it should go.

The [Exit] Button will save all settings and close the application
Step 6 – Register the Software
The serial number is unique to the computer it is installed on. Copy this Serial number and mail it to and we will send the Login code to you. This code will stay valid if you upgrade the software to a later version.
