Directed National Oregon University System Program (OUS) in Ecuador under agreement with Universidad Católica (PUCE) and Universidad San Francisco (USFQ). Organized and coordinated international students academic matters, educational trips and homestay situations, as well as volunteering with several institutes and foundations working with abandoned children and women, indigenous groups, migrants, rural schools and homes for underpriviledged children.
Directed Department of Linguistics. PUCE. Managed, controlled and supervised administrative and teaching staffs (25 members). Identified performance problems and recommended solutions. Created and strengthened necessary intra and interinstitutional relationships.
Coordinated Politecnic School of London abroad Program in Quito (1989 - 1992)
