The Club
Established in 1972, the Black Stump Soccer Club is situated at Black Stump Park, Wolf Ridge in the heart of fast developing Greenfields County.
The club caters for approximately 700 juniorand 150 senior players who participate in the State Soccer League. The club has appointed Senior and Junior Directors of Coaching to oversee Soccer operations and provide assistance to the 60 team coaches.
The clubhouse has an excellent frontage onto Brisvegas Road and is used by a variety of community groups on a regular basis and for Bingo three times a week. Clubhouse facilities include a bar, food servery, gaming room and general purpose hall for special club events.
The club has a management committee of eight (8) voluntary persons, many of whom are professional managers.
The long-term vision of the club is to progress to the State Premier League. In pursuit of this vision, the club has developed a Youth Soccer Academy program to develop and nurture the talent of tomorrow. At each age group, the club has employed coaches on a part-time salaried basis.
The club, located in the heart of Greenlands Shire, is an important resource in the community. As such, it provides excellent avenues for marketing the products and services of local businesses.
The Academy
The Black Stump Youth Soccer Academy provides for players with talent and motivation to play at the highest level.
The program has enjoyed great success since its inception in 2003. As a result, the program has become an established model for the development of junior players in Greenfields.
The main components of the program are:- Coaching by accredited and professional staff
- Co-ordinated coaching curriculum
- A series of seminars for player education (e.g. nutrition, injury prevention, motivation, etc.)
- A week-end intensive training camp
- Training and playing uniforms of high quality
- Effective program administration

- Naming Rights
Sole naming rights to the Black Stump Youth Soccer Academy for the 2013 season.
In all forms of publication and promotion, the Black Stump Youth Soccer Academy will be known as the <insert name of sponsor> Youth Soccer Academy.
- Logo (Screen Printed) on front of all Academy Player Uniforms
All playing strips for the Academy will have your logo screen printed to maximum dimensions of 25cm by 18cm.
Total number of Academy players is 70.
- Signage on Clubhouse Exterior (Roadside)
Placement of a sign, 6m x 1.5m, on front of clubhouse, facing Greenfields Road, for one year’s duration. The sign is flush with the building front. The cost of sign manufacture is included in the price.
- Field Signage
Placement of sign, 3m x 1m, on Field 1, the main arena at Black Stump Park for one year’s duration. Sign manufacture is inclusive in the cost subject to sponsor’s art requirements within normal range.
- Web Site Advertising
The placement of your logo, maximum dimension 5cm x 5cm, on the home page of the club’s website, - one year’s duration, with accompanying linked page with a changeable (12 times per year) advert for your business products and services
- Newsletter Advertising
Advertising space in every fortnightly newsletter. Maximum dimension of advertising space 10cm by 5cm.
- Product Display at Sign On
Erect a product display at the clubhouse (inside or outside) during advertised sign-on times.
Advertised sign-on times are as follows:

- <insert date and times of second sign-on day>
- <insert date and times of third sign-on day>
- <insert date and times of fourth sign-on day>
- <insert date and times of fifth sign-on day>
- Sponsor Academy long service medals
Players who are selected into the Academy in three successive years receive a special medallion at the player awards presentation.
Sponsorship of Academy long service medals provides the following benefits:
- Naming rights of the long service medals (your company name engraved on medal)
- Manufacture of a corflute sign, of dimension 80cm x 80cm bearing your company logo.
- Placement of above corflute sign in foreground of presentation stage for photo shoot opportunity and release to media of photo
- Opportunity to make 3 - 5 min speech at presentation ceremony.
- Framed certificate for you the sponsor.
- Display of Logo on Academy Printed Materials
Display of your company logo on all Academy promotional materials and letterheads for one year’s duration.

At such times as negotiations are finalised and a start date for the period of sponsorship set, the payment scheme desired is as follows:
Initial Payment / Immediately on signing of sponsorship contract / $ 2,0002nd Installment / At commencement of the sponsorship period / $ 10,000
Final installment / At the mid point of the sponsorship period / $ 8,000
