Fraction Final Assessment

For this task imagine YOU are the teacher. The grade 5 students at TPCS have not yet learned about Fractions or Decimals. Your job is to teach them everything you have learned about Fractions and Decimals.

1) You can create: an iMovie Trailer, Explain Everything Presentation, a textbook using Book Creator, posters/anchor charts for a classroom, plan a math lesson, a performance task of assessment or any other idea approved by your teacher.
2) You need to cover: proper fractions, decimals, the relationship between decimals and fractions, improper fractions, mixed numbers, and comparing and ordering fractions and decimals.

You need to share your learning using pictures, numbers and words to fully teach the other class everything you know about Fractions. You should include information on solving word problems on Fractions and Decimals.
Materials to help you: Math Practice Package, Textbooks, the Internet, Activities completed in class, your Math Notebook
