Private Dining and Special Event General Information
To answer any questions and guarantee the success of your event we have outlined below our suggestions and policies. We look forward to assisting you in planning your event and serving you and your guests.
Food and Beverages
All food and beverages must be purchased from Lucchese’s Italian Restaurant. No outside food or beverages may be brought in, with the exception of specialty desserts.

Menus and an approximated head count must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the event date
Guarantees
A confirmation of your guest count is required five (5) days prior to the date of your event. Your confirmed guest count will be the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. You may add to your guest count up to the date of your event. You will be charged for the confirmed guest count or actual number of guests in attendance; whichever is greater.
Deposits and Billing
Upon reserving Lucchese’s Italian Restaurant Private Dining Room, a $100.00 deposit is required. 100% of your deposit is refundable if your event is canceled in writing more than 2 weeks prior to your event (30 days notice December-January). Lucchese’s Italian Restaurant reserves the right to with- hold your entire deposit if your event is canceled less than two (2) weeks prior to the event (30 days notice December-January). The balance of your event is due at its conclusion
Tax and Service Charge
7% sales tax and 20% gratuity charge will be added to all items purchased. If your event is tax exempt, please furnish a signed tax-exempt certificate prior to the event.

Monday-Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm $25.00
Monday-Sunday 4:00pm-12:00am $50.00
Room Rental Includes
Lucchese’s Italian Restaurant provides up to 8-62”x62” tables which seat up to 8 guests and 2-52”x114” buffet tables. The use of our centerpieces, votives, flatware, china, and glassware are all included.
You may use our projector screen and hi-speed Internet access.
Additional Accessories
Table linens may be rented at an additional cost. Cloth linen napkins are included with all banquets, however you may choose from a variety of colors to fit yourevents color scheme. We offer a wide variety of linen options. Please contact our special event coordinator for pricing for your event.

Our event designer and executive chef have the ability to help you plan your entire event. Let Lucchese’s offer you a level of service unlike any other. We will assist and guide you in all aspects of your event details; from a special menu to décor. Our classically trained chef has the ability to meet any culinary needs you may have. Our event designer is capable of providing all the details to make your event truly memorable.
Catering Services
Off-premise catering is available to any indoor or outdoor location. You may use this menu as a guide or we can create a custom menu for you. Prices may vary according to the number of guests and locations.
A deposit of a minimum of 30% of your estimated bill is required.
Servers and bartenders are available to help guarantee the overall ease and success of your event; allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy being served.
Servers will be on premise to manage the setup, maintenance, and clean up of your buffet or meal accommodations.
Servers are available for $15/ hour per server, bartenders at $18/ hour per bartender, plus an additional20% gratuity charge on your final bill.
There is a $175 set-up and tear-down fee and a $100 bar set-up fee (when applicable) for all offsite events.
Lucchese’s may also be of assistance renting any necessary: china, flatware, glasses, linens or even tables and chairs.

Or a six course formal place setting to impress everyone.
Quotes on all rentals and disposable service will be produced as needed for your event.

Specialty Dessert Fee
Lucchese’s has an array of desserts to choose from for your event. If you wish to purchase a specialty cake for your events dessert option there is a $25 fee. Our specialty Dessert fee includes any cutting, plating and serving of your chosen dessert

One package must be selected by the host of the party.

Cash Bar
Guests may select from all available bar items.
Your guests will be responsible for their own bar tab.

Limited Bar
Host may choose to limit the bar to specific items or group of items, host will be charged for drinks based upon consumption
For example: Beer & Wine, Strictly well cocktails etc.
Open Bar
Guests may select from all available bar items, host will be charged based upon consumption
•All guest entering Lucchese’s Bar area must be 21 years of age with valid identification
•Lucchese’s and Indiana State Law require valid identification for all patrons consuming alcohol
•Lucchese’s reserves the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol to anyone who is intoxicated

- Lucchese’s Italian Restaurant request that your menu and event room requirements no later than two weeks in advance of the event. The prices indicated on the menu sheet are correct at the time of printing. We reserve the right to confirm prices with you when you finalize your menu.
- Private events are billed as one check only, unless previously communicated to the event staff of Lucchese’s Italian Restaurant. Payment in full is due at the conclusion of your event unless otherwise previously arranged. Direct billing of your account may be arranged prior to your function. Payment is responsibility of the host.
- The host of the event is responsible for not only the conduct of their guests, but any damage or other liability incurred by the host or guests. Lucchese’s is not responsible for the loss of personal property brought into the restaurant by the hosts or guests.
- The host is responsible for guests who neglect to, or are unable to provide payment for consumed product in which was not originally provided by the host.
- A 20% gratuity and 7% Indiana sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.
- An accurate count of guests is required five (5) business days prior to your event. If an updated number is not received at that time, Lucchese’s will prepare and charge for the initially planned number of guests.
- Hosts are welcome to bring outside desserts, however; Lucchese’s will charge a $25 fee.
- The following information must be completed in order to rent out Lucchese’s private dining room. It is the responsibility of the event host to make sure all menus, guest count and the contract are submitted on time.
