22 / Eligibility of Bidder / : / (1) Eligibility for participation of bidders in terms of nationality, conflict of interest, status as government-owned enterprise and sanctions either by ADB or other international development institutions.
(2) Successful completion as main supplier within the last 5 years, of at least 3 (three) contracts each valued at value $ 150,000 or equivalent BDT 117.00 lakhwith nature, and complexity similar to the scope of supply described in Section VI Schedule of Supply.
(3) Availability of or access to liquid assets, lines of credit, and other finances sufficient to meet any possible cash flow requirement which may arise during the execution of the contract. The cash flow requirement for the subject contract is $ 110,000 or equivalent 86.00 lakh BDT.
Eligibility shall be based on Evaluation and Qualification criteria mentionedin Section III of bidding document.
