The logical component in SAP Solution Manager is an identifier provided by SAP for the combination of product and product version. After selecting the SAP Solution Manager template, the logical component provided by SAP is automatically mapped with the logical component in the customer system landscape. It has the same combination of product and product version to set up access from SAP Solution Manager to the correct customer system.
1.1Additional specifications for hardware, databases, and operating systems
Requirement for hardware and supported operating systems & databases for the analytic application are based on the requirements for each of the software components detailed in the previous table. For more information refer to the Product Availability Matrix (PAM) on the Service Marketplace for each of the required components.
