Toensurefairness,theFacultyCouncilisgivennational rulesandregulations aswellastheguidelinesoftheJSerraCatholicHighSchoolChapterprior toevaluation. Notallstudentsareawardedmembership. Evenifastudentmeetsallofthe requirements,membership isnotguaranteed.
