Mandy’s Monster Pizza Challenge - Rules
1)Eligibility: This annual contest is open to all U.S. residents 18 years old or older.
2)Cost:
You are required to “pre-pay” in cash for the cost of the actual pizza. At the time this document was created, the cost of this pizza is $75.00. AGAIN, you must pre-pay the $75.00 IN CASH before the pizza will even be made. Once the pizza is started, there are no refunds if you then choose, FOR ANY REASON, to back out of the challenge.
3)Contest Rules:
a)WAIVER:Each challenger MUST agree to, and sign our waiver of liability.
b)TIME LIMIT:1 Hour
c)EATERS:2 eaters, 18 years or older
d)THE PIZZA: (1) 30” Monster Pizza topped with: Extra Cheese; Pepperoni; and Sausage.
e)HOW MUCH:You must consume (swallow) the entire pizza
f)COST:$75.00 – which must be pre-paid and non-refundable – unless you win.
g)DUNKING:Dunking slices into any liquid is not permitted.
h)CONDIMENTS:(spices) are prohibited.
i)# OF SLICES:Eating more than 1(one) slice at once is prohibited.
j)OTHER RULES:
i)Contestants may eat either sitting or standing in their designated area using hands, knife, fork and/orspoon.
ii)Each contestant will be provided with a liter or more of water during the competition (NO ALCOHOL).
iii)Contestants must complete each slice before proceeding to the next slice.
iv)Contestants must wait for starting signal to begin eating and may not touch any pizza or utensils prior tostarting signal. Not following this rule WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.
v)Contestants must stop eating at the ending signal. NOT FOLLOWING THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION
vi)Contestants may NOT put additional pizza or portions of pizza in their mouths after the ending signal, butwill be allowed 15 seconds to swallow any pizza in their mouth. HOLD DOWN for 30sec. once contest isofficially over.
vii)Pizza pulled out of mouth at end of contest will not be counted toward final result and willnot disqualify contestant.
viii)If a contestant vomits or regurgitates at any point during the competition, that contestant is disqualified.
ix)A Mandy’s Manager, or Owner, will be on hand to assure adherence to contest rules, tally slices eaten, and monitor all rules and todisqualify any contestant who fails to adhere to rules.
4)Final Authority: Mandy’s Pizza has final authority regarding all contest-related matters.
5)What Do You Win: If you and your partner do accept, and win the challenge, your 2-person team will receive:
a)$50.00 in cash ($25.00 to each of the 2 challengers)
b)(1) Each – I Beat the Meat Monsters Ass tee-shirt.
c)A full refund of the pizza cost

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Mandy’s Pizza “I Kicked the Mandy’s Monster Pizzas Ass Challenge” and related events and activities,the undersigned,

for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin agrees to the following:
1)I acknowledge and agree that I am age 18 or older.
2)I acknowledge that all photos; personal information; and/or video and audio of this event are the sole ownership of Mandy’s Pizza and its sponsors. You agree that these materials can, and will be used for advertising and promotional materials and no compensation will be provided as part of their usage.
3)I acknowledge and fully understand I will be engaging in activities that involve risk of damage to personal property or serious injury,including choking, vomiting, or feeling nauseous or dizzy, and social and economic losses which might result not only from my ownactions, inactions or negligence, but also the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, the rules of play, the condition of thepremises or of any equipment used or food consumed. Further, there may be other risks not known or not reasonably foreseeable atthis time.
4)I assume all of the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for all expenses, medical or otherwise, following such damages,injury, disability or death.
5)I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE and COVENANT NOT TO SUE Mandy’s Pizza, their separate corporations; owners; and their respective administrators,directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable,owners and lessors of the premise used to conduct the I Beat the Meat Monsters Ass Pizza Eating Contest (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any liabilityto me, my heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, expenses or damages on account of damage to personalproperty or injury caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. I further agreethat if, despite this release and waiver of liability, assumption or risk, and indemnity agreement, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes aclaim against one of the Releasees as a result of my involvement in the I Beat the Meat Monsters Ass Pizza Eating Contest, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE,and HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releasees from any expenses, attorney fees, loss, liability, damage or cost which any of theReleasees may incur as a result of such claim or demand.
6)This waiver may not be modified in any way. If any part of this waiver is determined to be invalid by law, all other parts of thiswaiver shall remain valid and enforceable.
I HAVE READ THE ABOVE WAIVER AND RELEASE, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVENUP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCEOF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THEGREATEST ETENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE IS HELDINVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
