Bad Response

  • Difficult to get an appointment to suit me.

  • Very long wait. 35 minutes plus. I came 10 minutes early, as receptionists get grumpy if you come few minutes late. I had a baby with me too. So too long.
  • You give me appointments too late, while I am pressed to know the state of my health.
  • I came in for a few issues, which I was not given a great amount of detail on or instructions on what I am supposed to do whilst I wait for my results.
  • There are two or three brilliant receptionists and the rest are rude and hardly work.... the surgery can run late at times too.
  • You take a long time to answer for emergency appointment.
  • Difficult to make an appointment, long waiting times.

  • Some people will not be in catchment area, or others may need a small surgery/family practice not a health centre.
  • The service is average at best. Most of the time I have to wait so long with my baby. They never call me in time.
