Campsite Survey

This form must be completed and returned to the executive secretary with your dues roster no later than December 1.

Provide all requested information for any camper or vehicle left on NSSA property more than six months of the year. Be sure to include campers

parked on the hill between the Fall and Spring National Skirmishes. If no campers or vehicles are left on the property for more than six months, check

the box below before returning this form. You may make as many copies of this sheet as necessary to list all vehicles and campers. If you choose to

provide your list on a separate sheet, be sure to include all requested information. Please type or print clearly.
