Terms & Conditions
- The business will be included at no cost on the Presidential Card website for the term of this agreement.
- Promotion of the offer will be via website, newsletters and other promotional activities by Presidential Card and its clients.
- It is the responsibility of the proprietor of the business to provide artwork/images/logos for all promotional activity and authorises Presidential Card to use these in all promotional platforms.
- The business agrees to honour the offer for the term of the agreement and is bound to make the offer available to all Presidential Card members. Failure to honour the agreed offer will result in a request for reimbursement for the agreed value.
- The proprietor is entitled to one free membership of Presidential Card.
- Presidential Card reserves the right to change, modify or delete any advertisement supplied by the establishment. Notification of any change will be supplied in writing.
- The Proprietor acknowledges that the agreed offer is in no way exclusive to Presidential Card and the Proprietor reserves the right to change any price and offer any discount to members of the general public.
- Presidential Card or establishment may at any time cancel this Agreement by providing 30 days notice in writing
- The Proprietor agrees to these Terms and Conditions and to supply the agreed offer on presentation of the membership card and or voucher
