ELVIS DUETS
17/03/07

Here is the track listing for the soon be released double CD "Elvis Duets". This
compilation, due for release April 3, 2007, will contain every duet Elvis recorded
during his career. It will feature studio, movie, home and live recordings. Every
track has been re-mastered for best possible sound quality. The sound quality is of
course not as good on the home recordings as it is on the crystal clear studio
recordings.
Many people think that Elvis didn't do that many duets, but that's not the truth. He
did some with other famous singers like Frank Sinatra, Ann-Margret, Juliet Prowse,
Nancy Sinatra and others. Beside those with others stars did he also record some
with less known singers and even with some of his own backup singers.
As a special bonus will this release also feature a newly re-mastered soundboard
version of the very touching duet with Lisa Marie Presley on "Don't Cry Daddy".

Is this an official release or an import? If it's an official, then well done BMG,
because this is the kind of track listing you would expect to find on an import and
that's why I tend to look forward to import releases.
I know this one will get some bad reviews due some of the poorer movie tracks,
but I personally love this kind of collection. A big thumbs up from me!
