Meeting called to order
Meeting called to order by Policy Council Member Katie Albright due to the absent of both Chair and Vice-Chair persons at 6:08 pm.

Amendment of agenda
No amendments to the agenda. Motion to accept agenda as written by A. Roberts. Seconded by T. Jefferson. Motion carried.
Review of minutes and reports These reports are now available on the Tri-County Child and Family web. Page under the Governance tab. The group was reminded how to access it and the password.
Policy Council Minutes –6/11/15 Motion to approve June(no meeting in July) minutes as written by T. Jefferson. Seconded by A. Roberts. Motion carried
Executive Directors Report
PIR (Program Information Report) –Kim Young-Kent went over the report and answered questions. Some of the highlights included ; Dental exams still are low we are still working on it. Good news on families who received at least one family service was up to 97.6%. (See attached) Motion to accept PIR by A. Spiers. Seconded by A. Roberts. Motion carried.
Comprehensive Written Plan – Kim Young-Kent went over how to read the plan and what the plan was, and answered questions. Motion to accept Compredhensive Written Plan by T. Jefferson. Seconded by A. Roberts. Motion carried.
Strategic Planning / Annual Goals – Kim Young Kent went over the goals, not much has changed on #2&3, work needs to be done on goal #1. Motion to accept Strategic Planning / Annual Goals by A. Roberts. Seconded by A. Spiers. Motion carried.
Outcome – This will be covered at a later date.
Self –Assessment – Kim Young Kent went over and answered questions. Motion to accept by T. Jefferson. Seconded by A. Spiers. Motion carried.
Parent / Family Handbook- Michelle Weepie went over the Home Base and Center Base Handbooks. No changes from the previous year. Motion to approve Parent / Family Handbooks by A. Roberts. Seconded by A. Spiers. Motion carried.
Personnel Report – Kim Young-Kent went over the July and August reports. Motion to approve both July and August reports by T. Jefferson. Seconded by A. Roberts. Motion carried.
