1.Participantsmaybefilmed,recordedand/orphotographedduringthecookingclassandany resultingfootage,recordingorstillsmaybeusedinmaterialproducedinconnectionwiththe HotPointTeachingKitchen(“Project”),includingbutnotlimitedtoProject-specificmarketing andpublicitymaterialsallmedia,suchastheJamieOliverFoodFoundation(“Foundation”) andthesponsor’swebsite(s)andsocialmedia.

2.Anyhealthrequirement,foodallergiesorintolerancesoftheParticipantmustbelistedabove andnotifiedtheFoundationStaffpriortoparticipatinginthecookingclassorengaginginany

foodtasting.TheFoundationshallnotbeliabletoyouoryourlegalrepresentativeforany

lossordamageorinjurytoyou/theParticipant,oryour/theParticipant’spersonalproperty causedorsufferedduringorinconnectionwithyour/theirparticipationinthecookingclass (includingwithoutlimitationinrespectofanyfoodtastinganduseofanyuseofkitchen utensils)unlesscausedbythenegligenceoftheFoundationandrecoverableonthatground.

3.Allinformationcollectedand/orheldinrespectofyouand/ortheParticipantwillonlybe usedinconnectionwiththeParticipant’sparticipationinthecookingclass(andtheuseof suchparticipationinrelatedmaterialasspecifiedinparagraph1above)andinaccordance with the Foundation’s Privacy Policy (located here: TheProjectmaybeconductedand/orsponsoredbyanexternalagencyontheFoundation’s behalf.TheFoundationagreesnottopassanypersonaldatacollatedontoanyotherthird party.
