EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE
When the continuous alarm sounds, you must evacuate the building
by the exit and proceed to the assembly point at the grassed area past
St. Cadoc House, Temple Street.
Arrangements are in place for the safe evacuation of disabled people.

To receive any Declarations of Interest under Keynsham Town Council’s Codeof Conduct (adopted on 16th October 2012) issued in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012,SI No. 1464.
3. NON DISCLOSABLE PECUNIARY INTERESTS
To receive any Declarations of Interest in accordance with Standing Order 38.
4. DISPENSATIONS
In accordance with Standing Order 37(a), to consider any requests for dispensations (for disclosable pecuniary interests) prior to the item (s) being discussed, that Members may only become aware of during the meeting itself and;
To receive any disclosures of decisions as per item 7 of Keynsham TownCouncil’s Dispensations Policy and Procedure Guide.
5. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES
That the Minutes of the meeting held on 27th April2016 (previously circulated) be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chairman.
6. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
That in accordance with Standing Order 40, members of the public be permitted to address the Chairman on questions and observations upon matters within the jurisdiction of the Council, provided that written notice has been given to the Town Clerk at least 4 clear days before the meeting where possible, and in any case to the Chairman before the meeting.
Members of the public may also speak on one single item only per meeting just prior to that item being discussed. Each person can speak for not more than two minutes, with a maximum of three speakers per item. To facilitate the smooth running of the meetings. Members of the Public will be asked to register their interest with the Town Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.
7.RE-PURPOSING/DISBURSEMENT OF B&NES £5k GRANT
To review the current procedure for disbursement of the B&NES grant (via Grants Committee) and the implications of any re-purposing.
8.TERMS OF REFERENCE
To review the Terms of Reference of the Committee (attached)

The scheduled date of the next meeting is Wednesday27th July 2016 at 10.30 a.m.

- Keynsham Town Councillors as agreed at the Annual Town Council meeting each year.
MEMBERSHIP WITH VOTING RIGHTS / The committee may co-opt additional non-voting members.
TERMS OF REFERENCE / Meetings:The committee shall meet quarterly and shall elect a Chairman at the start of each municipal year. Keynsham Town Council shall provide administrative services to the meetings.
Purpose:To provide guidance and support to relevant organisations and Keynsham Town Council for the continued development and implementation of the Keynsham Arts Plan.
Grants:Decisions on Arts grants to be voted on by the Grants Committee. The Arts Committee will receive and note the reports from the successful Art grant applicants. A financial report in terms of the Arts Grants will be received from the Grants Committee annually.
Officers: will not be members of the Arts Committee but will be in attendance.
Key Tasks:
- To monitor the budget for the Keynsham Arts Development Activities.
- To monitor the progress of the Keynsham Town Council Arts Plan.
- To review the Keynsham Arts Plan annually.
DELEGATED POWERS / The ArtsJoint Committee are authorised to make decisions on behalf of Keynsham
Town Council with regard to all aspects in the Terms of Reference.
QUORUM / 3 members of the Arts Committee, 2 of which must be Town Councillors.
