246 42 (2)IEC Systems will provide material to agencies requesting from a variety of specific fields and sources. All sources or manufacturer supplying these materials have provided and is attached a manufacturer letter authorizing IEC Systems to represent and sell the specific materials or product to the Federal Government via the FAS schedule and per the appropriate FAR regulations. Please see attached IEC Systems Retail Price Schedule for SIN, manufacturer/supplier and pricing details.
246 50IEC Systems will provide services from conception, design, installation, commissioning, warranty, service agreements and training. IEC Systems can assist any agency with energy conserving measures, including Components, systems, accessories and repair parts for Energy Management and Control, Mechanical, Electrical, energy, consumptive or immediate demand monitoring, metering aggregation and reporting systems for such as lighting, heating, air conditioning, boilers, chillers, water, compressed air, process and other energy consuming systems.
246 51IEC Systems will provide installation services that require construction as defined in FAR 36.102, including construction, alternation, or repair of public buildings or public works to support installation of facility management systems. IEC Systems will complete the requested construction services in accordance with local laws, regulations and ordinances. Construction services will include bid-specification, design-build, as well as performance-based projects.
246 52IEC Systems will assist agencies with a full range of professional services, primarily pertaining to Energy conservation. These services include auditing, consulting, project development, implementation, building re-commissioning, measurement and verification, and training. Services offered under this SIN include but are not limited to design of Energy Conservation Systems (including Mechanical and Electrical). Following are a few of the services IEC Systems can provide under this SIN:

Principal
The one ultimately in charge and primarily responsible for the companies obligations to fulfill the contract.
Vice President of Engineering
Vice President of Engineering directs the engineering staff to perform tasks directly related to the implementation of the project design. These tasks relate to the installation, programming, commissioning and debugging of HVAC systems, HVAC Controls, electrical systems, lighting, lighting controls, and access control systems. This individual provides supervisory support in the management and oversight of the subcontractors on the project site.
Vice President of Business Development
Vice President of Business Development directs staff to perform tasks directly related to the implementation of projects. The business development staff facilitates an energy efficient energy retrofit project by acting to assure appropriate project team assignments and providing oversight on each project.
Energy Administrator
The Energy Administrator facilitates an efficient energy retrofit project by acting to assure appropriate project team assignments and providing oversight on each project. Additionally, this individual leads the design team through the process to achieve the scope of work that will provide for the maximum level of energy savings to meet the customer’s need. This individual acts to negotiate and review contracts and monitor the flow of project implementation to assure optimal performance.
Lead Project Manager
Lead Project Manager oversees the project managers, which fully control the implementation process and is responsible for the ensuring that each project reaches final completion on time.
Project Manager
The Project Administrator fully controls the implementation process and is responsible for ensuring that each project reaches final completion on time, is implemented in a cost effective manner, incorporates all planned work defect and free, and is billed and collected in a timely fashion through the duration of the project.
Senior Development Engineer
Senior Engineers are directed by the Vice President of Engineering to perform tasks directly related to the implementation of the project design. These tasks relate to the installation, programming, commissioning and debugging of HVAC systems, HVAC Controls, electrical systems, lighting, lighting controls, and access control systems.
Senior Project Engineer
Design Engineers are directed by the principal engineer to perform tasks directly related to the implementation of the project design. These tasks relate to the installation, programming, commissioning and debugging of HVAC systems, HVAC Controls, electrical systems, lighting, lighting controls, and access control systems.
Energy Engineer
The Energy Engineer is responsible for the design of the project as it relates to energy efficiency. Using historical energy data, facility modeling, energy conservation measures (ECM’s) are developed that meet the needs of the customer. These solutions produce energy savings that help offset the project cost. The energy engineer assists in the project as it develops through the implementation phase by monitoring the effectiveness of the retrofits as they are commissioned.
Senior Project Technician
The Senior Project Technician works primarily under the direction of the Lead Project Manager to accomplish field related tasks, attending jobsite meetings, routine supervision and coordination of subcontractors, control wiring terminations and pre-commissioning check out reports.
Project Technician
The Project Technician assists and works under the supervision of the Senior Project Technician to accomplish any specified field related tasks.
Administrative/Clerical
Administrative/Clerical staff members provide support to the project through performance of various office and administrative tasks required to be performed in an accurate and efficient manner.
